This letter serves as a formal Cease and Desist Notice on behalf of Our Client regarding your unlawful use of our client’s patented method protected under U.S. Patent No. US 16/271,268.

It has come to our client’s attention that Elevenlabs is producing and distributing audiobooks utilizing a process and technology covered by the above-referenced patent. Such use constitutes a direct infringement under United States patent law.

Harm Suffered
Your infringing activities have caused and continue to cause significant harm to our client, including the loss of customers and market share due to your unauthorized use of their patented method.

Demand
You are hereby ordered to CEASE AND DESIST all infringing activities, including but not limited to the development, production, and distribution of any audiobooks that utilize our client’s patented technology, within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
If you fail to comply with this demand within the specified time frame, our client will have no alternative but to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a patent infringement lawsuit seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and legal fees.
